SUMMARY

Ringg AI is a startup in artificial intelligence located in Bengaluru. Ringg AI has raised $10 million in an extended Series A funding round. The fresh investment round was led by Peak XV Partners. The round saw active participation from Capital 2b and Arkam Ventures. The recent investment of the funds is an important milestone in the company’s growth and development and will help to build its technological infrastructure and expand its operations across various geographic regions and markets.

Extended funding round and business model transformation

The funding round brings the company’s total investment to $10 million to date. This most recent capital infusion brings Ringg AI’s total Series A funding to $5.5 million to date.

As a result of the latest $10 million investment from Peak XV Partners, the total amount raised by the startup during its Series A round has expanded to $15.5 million. The robust investment indicates ongoing investor faith in the growth potential of the enterprise voice artificial intelligence industry in general and the startup’s market standing in particular.

The new capital will be allocated to several key business areas. The fund will be used to potentially improve Ringg AI’s underlying artificial intelligence platform and increase the number of agents it provides in its voice, WhatsApp, and web browser channels.

The firm plans to continue investing in the development of its proprietary artificial intelligence models and customizing its context graph technology. Significant capital investment will also be focused on faster enterprise go-to-market activities in key international regions and in the domestic market of India.

Ringg AI is founded by Siddharth Tripathi, Utkarsh Shukla, and Kali Charan Vemuru, who are an entrepreneurial group working to create advanced Artificial Intelligence voice agents for enterprise customers. The startup’s foundation was a different operating model, as it was launched as a text-to-speech company, DesiVocal.

The long-term strategic goal of the firm is to build an overall artificial intelligence agent platform that will be able to perform end-to-end business processes effectively without limiting its capabilities to enterprise phone management.

Current operational scale and multi-channel expansion

Currently, Ringg AI has managed to reach a certain level of scalability through handling approximately 20 million calls each month. The startup has carved a niche for itself in the enterprise client segment, with a list of prominent customers including Flipkart, Practo, Groww, Supernova, Goodscore, and PolicyBazaar.

The enterprise voice agents included with the company are widely adopted and used in various critical business functions, such as an automatic outbound calling routine, lead qualification procedures, and structured loan collection workflows.

Ringg AI is pushing beyond common day-to-day operational practices and is actively making its way into handling far more complex enterprise workflows. They include complex use cases such as healthcare appointment scheduling, e-commerce shopping cart recovery, financial technology customer onboarding, and know-your-customer verification.

Their technology has also been adopted globally in more than 1200 Practo locations, where their voice agents help patients schedule their clinics and have a structured post-clinic communication.

The company has more than 70% of its business come from traditional voice calls, but the enterprise startup is actively expanding into multi-channel support solutions. The company is continuously enhancing technology skills in chat interactions, WhatsApp messaging systems, and browser-based customer support interfaces.

The vision of the company is to build a full-featured artificial intelligence agent app platform that can handle end-to-end business processes seamlessly, not just enterprise telephone communications.

Conclusion

The $10 million extended Series A funding round has marked another significant step in Ringg AI’s strategic trajectory. With the company reaching Series A capital amounting to $15.5 million, along with investment from top venture investors like Peak XV Partners, Arkam Ventures, and Capital 2b.

The startup is positioned to scale operations. Ringg AI continues to solidify its place in the emerging enterprise voice AI landscape by going beyond enterprise phone call handling to offer a multi-channel platform that automates complex business processes.
