SUMMARY

Even Healthcare is a healthcare service startup located in Bengaluru. Even Healthcare is preparing to raise its second significant investment this year. The company will raise ₹208 crore (approximately $22 million) in a Series B equity funding round. Venture Capital firm Khosla Ventures is leading the investment round with other investors, including DLB Ventures, Simon Fiduciaria, ADBEEV LLP, and Better Capital.

The investment comes from the previous round of capital raised in January 2026, which closed with a successful financing round led by Lachy Groom and Alpha Wave, raising $20 million.

Funding allocation breakdown and valuation

The company’s regulatory submissions indicated that the board of directors at Even Healthcare approved a special resolution for the fresh infusion. To raise the specified amount, the startup will offer 1,91,228 compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS).

The two preference shares have been priced at an issue price of ₹10,889.91 each. The total capital raised from this share issuance is ₹208.24 crore. An analysis of the filing information highlights who contributed how to support this round of funding.

The lead investor, Khosla Ventures, has committed to providing the maximum stake of ₹145 crore. DLB Ventures is investing ₹38.88 crore, and Simon Fiduciaria is investing ₹22.67 crore. After this deal, the startup’s valuation is estimated to be approximately $300 million in its Series B round. The proceeds from this new round will be used to address the company’s core business funding needs and ongoing activities as it scales its operations.

Though there has been a recent report by Mint that pointed out that Even Healthcare was planning to raise about $50 million in its next funding round, the regulatory filing reveals that it is currently doing it with ₹208.24 crore.

Core business model and financial performance

Even Healthcare was established in 2020 and is a healthcare membership organization that provides integrated care services. The startup provides a service that covers the entire breadth of healthcare, from primary clinical care and diagnostics to direct hospital care.

The emphasis of Even’s approach is continuity of care, recovery as a whole patient, and a move away from transactional treatment patterns often seen in traditional hospital chains operating according to an episodic or unit treatment form.

In its application, specialized health care teams actively oversee patients throughout all phases of the health care system, from their initial health visits through their diagnostic assessments, hospital stays, and post-discharge recovery.

Even Healthcare has not yet filed its financial statements for the fiscal year FY26 with the Registrar of Companies (RoC). The last fiscal year’s financial history shows a period of substantial revenue growth and rising expenses.

The total operating income of the company increased more than 4 times to ₹25.43 crore in FY25 from ₹6.24 crore in FY24. Along with this growth in revenue, the net loss for the startup grew by 24.5% to ₹90.15 crore in FY25 from ₹72.40 crore in FY24.

Conclusion

Even Healthcare’s Series B round is valued at ₹208 crore and has garnered strong investor interest in the company’s membership-based medical model. Led by Khosla Ventures, along with a consortium of both new and old institutions, the $22 million investment round has positioned the startup on an approximate valuation of $300 million.

Even Healthcare has procured additional capital for its business needs and is still expanding its patient-centric care services through primary consultations, diagnostics, and care after leaving the hospital, while working on its operations expansion in the dynamic healthcare environment.
