With an institutional interest of 9.20%, Niveshaay is the second-largest institutional stake, while FirstPort Capital holds 3.19% and Vishal Julka owns 2.54%.
In terms of co-founders who founded the company, Sarthak Aggarwal has the largest stake among all at 20.63%, whereas Karan Jain and Vikram Jain have an individual stake of 16.39%. Other co-founder Shruti Agarwal has a stake of 12.16% in the startup, which is five years old. Moneycontrol had reported earlier that Theater XYZ was in the process of raising $4-$5 million in a funding round led by Niveshaay.
