The company has secured around $8 million across multiple funding rounds since its inception. The  firm aims to transform the experience of its customers across the globe using various Gen AI  technologies. The platform has a patented proprietary tech stack for natural Language processing,  augmented intelligence, text-to-speech, and speech-to-text that works for more than 14 Indian  languages including English. The startup recently announced a Voice-first artificial intelligence small  language model that targets the banking, insurance, and retail segments. The company competes with  other gen AI startups in this sector such as Observe.AI, Verint, and Qualyon.  

Gnani reported two times more growth with profitability in the last three years. The company expects  a two to three-times increase in its revenue in the next two years. The startup plans to expand its  customer base and strengthen its position in the US and Indian Gen AI markets. The partner at Info  Edge, Chinmaya Sharma showed his excitement to work with the startup and mentioned that the  company’s thesis for artificial intelligence aligns with Gnan. The development came just when the  Generative AI sector got quick interest from investors in the Indian startup ecosystem. The Generative  AI market is predicted to grow more by the end of 2030.
