SuperManager AGI(formerly known as Oqlous AGI), a startup AI tech solution provider for enterprises, is conducting an active acquisition deal with an unidentified Fortune 100 global company; sources close to the matter have told me. The proposed buyout marks the growing demand of the corporate market for specialized independent software solutions within the global enterprise sphere. Sources said the quotation is valued at around ₹50 crore, and the transaction is currently progressing with representatives from both sides actively pushing it for a successful closure.

Founding leadership and rapid corporate evolution

The identity of the prospective acquiring entity could not be promptly determined, although the discussions continue. It is uncertain whether a binding definitive agreement has been signed yet involving the parties. In this context, Entrackr contacted SuperManager AGI and its co-founder, Nirmal Nambiar, directly regarding the status of the deal. 

If completed, this strategic acquisition would occur less than 2 years after the company’s initial incorporation, an unusually short period for an enterprise technology buyout. SuperManager AGI is an early-stage startup founded in early 2025 by entrepreneurs Nirmal Nambiar and Aditya Sharma. 

The principle of the startup was initially introduced to the market under the name of Oklous AGI and has been undergoing formal corporate rebranding to SuperManager AGI this year. Founding Group Construction has a robust technical and product development history in the enterprise software area. The business venture was founded by Nirmal Nambiar, who is an IIT Dharwad alumnus and is now the co-founder of the enterprise, and had previously served as a product manager at technology firm Microsoft.

Aditya Sharma is the technical heavyweight of the startup, managing all technology development and architectural engineering-related work for the platform. The startup quickly developed its software architecture under their joint leadership to resolve enterprise challenges. The entire founding team is anticipated to formally join the acquiring Fortune 100 company, joining hands in the expansion of the platform across markets worldwide. 

Ecosystem partnership and proprietary technology stack

SuperManager AGI revolves around the creation of a sophisticated enterprise agentic AI system, allowing for the seamless deployment of autonomous AI agents in commercial enterprises. In large-scale organizations, these autonomous agents have been designed to perform complex workflows, focused on Project Management and Execution. 

The main function of the software is to help automate the mundane management-related tasks and even optimize the execution workflows using the complex machine decision-making capabilities. The startup’s technological platform consists of two main proprietary innovations: the Beehive Agentic Architecture and the Agentic Data Architecture, often referred to as the ADA. 

These proprietary architectures have received formal peer-reviewed publication for their academic and technical merits to the underlying framework.
