Blyp Secured ₹50 Lakh

SUMMARY

Blyp, a technology company that deals with smart parking, has managed to complete a crucial financing deal by raising ₹50 lakh during a bridge funding round. This is a crucial funding source provided by entrepreneur Sandesh Sharda, after a pitch on the famous entrepreneurship show, IdeaBaaz, which is broadcast on Zee TV and ZEE5. This financing is an extension of the capital strategy of the company, which occurred after its pre-Series A financing round.

Funding details and utilization of fresh capital

The ₹50 lakh investment by Sandesh Sharda will make Blyp speed up its business goals. This funding is included in the ongoing bridge round of the company. Blyp, formerly known as ParkMate, demonstrated its innovative solutions on the IdeaBaaz episode that was broadcast on November 2nd.

When the co-founders of Blyp appeared on the show, they had an original solution to one of the longstanding urban problems in India the inability to find efficient, safe, and smooth parking. They showed their fast parking application, whereby the users would park their cars within an extremely short period of only 02 minutes. This appearance on a major entrepreneurship television platform was effective not only in securing funding but also in giving the brand and its mission high visibility.

The new budget of ₹50 lakh has been well planned to address key areas of growth and development of technology. This investment will be crucial in sustaining the growth and advancement of its core technology, enabling users and clients to experience a smooth and high-performance smart parking experience.

The company aims at expanding its operational scope beyond the existing base. Its expansion will be particularly in large metro cities and the Tier-2 cities with potential in India. The capital will be used to acquire new contracts and collaborations, targeting institutional customers. It will involve adding additional shopping malls, corporate complexes, and hotels to the corporate segment, as well as increasing its operations with parking contractors for government parking spaces.

The Co-founder & CEO of Blyp, Dhananjaya Bharadwaj, said, “Being featured on IdeaBaaz is a proud moment for our entire team. It’s a platform that recognizes innovation and entrepreneurial drive, and we’re thrilled to share how Blyp is changing the way India parks. With our new funding, we aim to accelerate our expansion and bring faster, more sustainable parking experience to millions of car owners across India.”

Vision and a growing presence

In 2021, Abhimanyu Singh and Dhananjaya Bharadwaj founded Blyp under the name ParkMate. The company offers smart parking to a wide range of customers. This involves the corporate world, which caters to the shopping malls, office complexes, and hotels, and the government sector, which partners with the parking contractors in providing parking space to the government.

The company is also on the frontline to revolutionize India into smart, app-based, and paperless parking systems. The solutions designed by Blyp are focused on speed, security, and ease of use, both to the business and the user. The company has been showing an expanding presence in the Delhi NCR region and various smart cities.

This bridge round is based on a bigger financing success that occurred in 2025. In January 2025, Blyp crowdfunded $1.2 million. Cactus Partners (CPL) led that round in which Venture Catalysts and the Marwah Group Family Office participated. The two co-founders of Blyp expressed their vision and enthusiasm about the new capital and the publicity they would receive with the IdeaBaaz platform.

The Co-founder & COO of Blyp, Abhimanyu Singh, said, “Our vision has always been to make parking effortless through technology. From tackling everyday challenges like unavailability and manual payments to enabling digital-first parking ecosystems for corporates and smart cities — Blyp is creating impact at every level. This recognition and support will help us scale our mission faster and more effectively.”
