Recently, RPS Group hosted a top-level Thai business delegation in its flagship project, RPS 12th Avenue, in Faridabad. The trip was arranged through the Thai Trade Center under the Royal Thai Embassy in New Delhi to seek synergies between the Indian real estate developers and Thai exporters of construction materials. The engagement was an encouraging start to cross-border collaboration in the development of infrastructure because of mutual interest in the areas of innovation and sustainability. 

Advanced construction technologies and seamless integration

The tour was conducted on the RPS 12th Avenue site on September 19, 2025, and was led by 25 prominent Thai exporters of construction materials. The visit was planned in a way that would showcase the modern construction technologies that are being adopted by RPS Group, such as modern gate systems, MS structural frameworks, and above all, SEG wall systems. These technologies illustrate the desire of the group to provide high-quality, durable, and efficient residential space.

Senior officials of SEG, one of the most important technology partners, were present in order to show what their wall systems can do, and it has been incorporated into the current projects of RPS Group. The tour of the 5BHK show apartment in RPS Auria was one of the most interesting parts of the visit. The walls of this unit will be built with the SCG precasting compound wall system, a prefabricated technology invented by the SCG Group of Thailand.
