SUMMARY

Healthcare service provider and healthtech startup Docplix has raised a total of Rs 1.2 crore in a bridge  round led by Inflection Point Ventures. This Lucknow-based startup also got investments from angel  investors and its existing investors Eris Lifesciences. They have previously secured Rs 5 crore during its  series A round led by Eris Lifesciences. The startup also secured Rs 1.2 crore in its seed fund round in  2022. 

With the funding amount from the bridge round, the startup has now raised a total of $5 crore since its inception in 2021. According to a report by Entrackr, the startup will be using this fund in product  development, to further enhance its resources, advance its AI integration, and market expansion. This  will include integrating AI by advancing capabilities, enhancing HER systems, and improving the system  and patient care. The digital platform provides a range of services, including emergency medical  advice, and daily health check. 

Founded by Aayush Garg, and Varun Garg, its ABDM-compliant Electronic Health Record system  promises management and security of patient’s data. The in-built Decision Support System helps  healthcare professionals to make detailed decisions using data analytics. The visualization makes the  patient data easy to read and understand which enhances the medical efficiency and patient care. Docplix aims to build an ecosystem to offer seamless data exchange between medical professionals  and patients to help them take better care of patients. The software was designed to offer better  professional diagnostics and health check-up services. 

Docplix will use these proceeds for the expansion of services across tier-II and tier-III cities. This  startup claims to have more than 2,000 medical professionals and is planning to expand in the market  by offering remote clinics in low-tier cities to help them provide better healthcare services. Docplix  competes with other startups like MeduLance, Eshai, and Mo Ambulance.
