Iztri secured ₹10 crore in a seed funding round led by All In Capital and Suashish Group
SUMMARY
Iztri is a fabric care company located in Bengaluru. Iztri has raised ₹10 crore (approximately $1.1 million) in a seed funding round. The investment round was led by All In Capital and Suashish Group. The round saw active involvement from prominent angel investors, including Anupam Mittal, Kunal Shah, Tanmay Bhat, Gaurav Munjal, Roman Saini, and Abhishek Goyal.
The JK Tyre family office also provided additional institutional and strategic support, along with Shadowfax founders Abhishek Bansal and Vaibhav Khadelwal. The investing firm PedalStart was also an existing investor, showing continued confidence in the company’s business model.
Leadership background and strategic growth objectives
The company plans to leverage the fresh funding of ₹10 crore to develop its market presence at a faster pace through strategic growth plans. A key priority will be to build Iztri’s overall operating capacity and technology enabler and to enrich its localized hub network.
Iztri will use the funds raised to grow beyond its existing ironing service business and spin off related fabric care services, including dry cleaning and shoe shines. Iztri aims to serve more than 100,000 people within the period of 6 months.
For its geographical expansion in the long term, Iztri aims to establish itself in the southern part of India before moving on to the top 5 metros of India over the coming 2 to 3 years.
Iztri was founded in 2024 by Rohit Ramesh and Ankit Choudhary, and started its operations commercially in 2025. Iztri’s co-founders complement each other with their diverse experience in the areas of consumer branding, retail, logistics, and supply chain management. Rohit Ramesh, who is an alumnus of MICA Ahmedabad and ex-Unilever, adds substantial consumer experience to the founding team.
An IIT Delhi graduate and former Shadowfax executive, Ankit Choudhary lends a depth of operational domain expertise. The co-founders built Iztri on the belief that service reliability in urban homes has to be the standard and not a luxury.
Operating model and investor perspectives
Iztri aims to create a functioning and sustainable operational infrastructure, a structural network around fabric care instead of being just a platform for aggregating other providers. Presently, the company provides service to more than 25,000 customers in Bengaluru, scattered across various premier housing societies. Iztri acts as a hub-led system that adds predictability, consistency, and trust to an unorganized segment of the paper industry.
The hub-based operational format has provided blue–collar workers with more than 200 employment opportunities in a structured manner. In these roles, these workers have received ‘standardized’ professional training, established work roles, and instructions on how to operate, which facilitates the transition from informal to formal work.
Investors who have backed the round have mentioned the huge potential consumer market in the laundry and dry cleaning space in India, which is undeniably fragmented despite India’s high household frequency. Representatives from All In Capital remarked that Iztri’s operated, hub-focused model is a market that lends itself to being led by urban services in an organized manner, with fabric care being a significant segment of the market.
Suashish Group investors highlighted that the laundry industry in India has a lot of room for reliable service brands. They believed that the leadership team had a clear understanding of the domain and a clear approach to reforming the category.
The additional funding round of ₹10 crore occurs on the back of several other capital-raising achievements by Iztri. In 2025, it also raised $50,000 in pre-seed funding with PedalStart as the lead investor, followed by $200,000 in pre-seed funding led by AJVC.
Iztri will continue to expand the density of its operational centers in Bengaluru, extend the number of customers, and introduce new verticals of fabric care across the city in a measured way. These ongoing expansions will help the company reach India’s top fabric care brands within 2 years and launch in key metros in the country.
Conclusion
Iztri’s seed round, with ₹10 crore led by All In Capital and Suashish Group, is a significant milestone on the path to revolutionizing the urban fabric care landscape in India. Established with adequate institutional support and key industry partners, the startup is poised to pursue a geographical growth strategy by expanding to southern India and major metros and moving into services such as dry cleaning or shoe cleaning.
Building a scalable and differentiated platform that can organize a dispersed sector is a task that Iztri is accomplishing through a solid infrastructure that includes technology and a structured blue-collar workforce.
