NBCC (India) Limited, one of the leading companies in the construction and infrastructure industry, secured a large amount of new business and officially announced that it has received several work orders amounting to ₹97.15 crore. In particular, there is the aggregate value of these new assignments amounting to ₹116.95 crore. This high amount of workload is tactically allocated to the main fields of operation within the company, which include project management consultancy (PMC) services as well as holistic construction contracts.

Significant contracts

The secured orders are well defined into a few different projects, and the first major component is made up of two major contracts that are worth ₹71.86 crore. The desired project is the planning, detailed design, and the following implementation of the International Potato Centre (CIP) plant in the city of Agra, which had a historical role.

NBCC also won a significant contract in its own right worth ₹45.09 crore. Canara Bank, which is among the leading financial institutions of the country, awarded this particular assignment. The scope of work in this contract includes the entire construction of a new Regional/Circle Office building of the bank. This large construction project will be located in Nagri Anchal, Ranchi, Jharkhand, 229, Murma.

This project also diversifies the company’s portfolio to a great extent and provides a solid presence in the eastern region of India, as well as demonstrating its experience in the areas of providing high-quality corporate and banking infrastructure. The particular value of ₹45.09 crore of this single construction project is an interesting figure, as it is a major contribution to the current order book of the company, and it is poised to attract major construction contracts in the financial sector.
