The officials are aiming to have at least 30 percent of total entries from women-led businesses. 

Financial support and assistance for selected business ideas

These 100 teams will receive mentorship along with Rs 10 lakh seed funding to develop their prototype and conduct market pilots. These selected groups will also get free co-working space with high internet connectivity. 

The government will also help with company registration, trademark filing, and other legal matters. The experts will also provide training on digital marketing, business models, and pricing strategy, along with other workshops. Structured guidance will be given to all these selected winners for easier navigation in the business world. In August 2025, Bihar will also launch the “Idea Festival Summit” in Patna, where 100 shortlisted teams will present themselves in front of judges. From these teams, 10 overall winners will be selected for Rs 50 lakh funding. There will also be wild card teams to corporate partnerships.
