SUMMARY

Rezolv is an AI-centric lending technology platform for financial services. Rezolv has raised $12.5 million in a Series A funding round. The round was led by Norwest. There was participation from Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia and India, and 3one4 Capital.

The company had raised a seed funding round of $3.5 million in March last year. It was led by 3one4 Capital. The recent capital infusion represented a major step in the company’s long-term growth path in the digital lending technology space.

Capital allocation and platform capabilities

With the capital determined by the new announcement, Rezolv intends to use the newfound liquidity to further design and strengthen its core AI capabilities. The functional areas it will support include sales, risk analysis, underwriting, and debt collections, and will help boost the core capabilities throughout the product suite.

The investment in AI highlights its larger goal of creating fully integrated, end-to-end automation platforms for complex loan processing. The platform aims to help financial institutions grow their technological capabilities by offering more sophisticated digital solutions throughout the lifecycle of loans.

Rezolv is an AI-native lending technology platform that enables institutional lenders to automate, streamline, and optimize their end-to-end lending solutions. Platforms include different phases of operations, starting from welcoming callers to managing pre-delinquent accounts to late-stage write-offs

In order to accomplish this, Rezolv uses innovative analysis, automation, and modern digital interaction techniques, making their process even more efficient and helping them enhance the journey of the borrowers. The firm was co-founded by Karan Mehta and Sonali Jindal in October 2024.

The founders themselves have considerable experience in the sector, as before that they had founded a well-known digital lending platform called Kissht. By combining its lending expertise, Rezolv’s non-banking financial company (NBFC) platform works alongside an AI-first technological backbone.

Operational volume and competitive landscape

Rezolv has gained significant momentum in the Indian financial services industry since its inception. The platform states that it has worked with over 22 top banks and non-banking financial companies.

Its significant clients include AU Small Finance Bank, ICICI Bank, Poonawalla Fincorp, Bajaj Auto Credit, and  Five-Star Business Finance. As an operational capability, Rezolv handles more than 6.5 million borrower interactions every month.

The operational volume allows for pan-India collection operations on a broad footprint of over 12 million individual loan accounts. The company claims that its technology rollout has proven to drive measurable performance gains for its clients, resulting in partner institutions improving their bounce and resolution rates by 35%.

As Rezolv is expanding across operations, it plays in a competitive part of the financial technology business landscape. The company faces competition from market leaders in AI-based lending and debt collections such as Credgenics, Nucleus Software, and Mobicule.

The investment in Rezolv highlights the ongoing investor curiosity around financial technology in India. Industry data collected by Entrackr shows nearly $2 billion raised in a successful round by fintech startups in H1 2026. This refers to approximately 26% of all venture funding raised during the same period, showing the sector’s important position in attracting venture capital.

Conclusion

The $12.5 million Series A round marks a key milestone in Rezolv’s growth and strengthens its trajectory in the field of AI-driven lending technology. The company received substantial funding from prominent investors such as Norwest, Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia and India, and 3one4 Capital, providing the Morphect team with strong support as they expand their technological potential and execute scaling initiatives.
