The funds raised will be utilized in several strategic initiatives of the round. Centricity is building its business through staff expansion, particularly senior advice roles to serve its growth across markets. The firm aims to recruit over 50 private bankers in India to cater to the domestic clientele. The firm plans to hire 35 to 40 NRI bankers to provide cross-border wealth solutions to international clients.

Centricity was established in 2022. Centricity provides an integrated wealth management platform for Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. 

The company is organized into 3 primary business segments: One Digital, Invictus Private Wealth, and Centricity Global Private Client. The platform provides various financial products across these divisions, including mutual funds, insurance, corporate bonds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), and various other investment products across different countries.

Centricity has established a distinct niche in the wealth management space. Its total assets under management (AUM) currently exceed ₹15,000 crore. Its partnership network consists of over 20,000 service partners and 1 lakh investors in various parts of the globe. Centricity offers custom-made advice to over 250 family offices. This company assigns these tasks to its workforce of over 800 people.

As per Centricity, the company’s revenue will touch the ₹150 crore mark in FY27. Its financials have been impressive for the past few years. The operating revenue was ₹61.26 crore in FY25.
